Ivano è Project Management Neuroscientific Researcher CEO of the Cognitive Readiness in PM (CRinPM) International Research Program Scientific referent Member of ISIPM (Italian Institute of PM) in CaProSoc International Research Program Co-Lead author of the book Cognitive Readiness in Project Teams: Reducing Project Complexity and Increasing Success in Project Management, ha una solida esperienza come consulente e project manager nei progetti complessi. Ha studiato medicina presso l'Università La Sapienza di Roma e successivamente programmazione informatica. Lavora da oltre 30 anni con la Compagnia Radiotaxi 3570 a Roma, Italia, ed attualmente è coordinatore responsabile delle risorse umane nella centrale operativa.

Un importante progetto di Ricerca e Innovazione sta proseguendo ormai da oltre 11 anni e vede Ivano CEO nel team di sviluppo nato con Russell Archibald, Daniele Di Filippo. Il progetto sta avendo sempre un’alta risonanza non solo nel campo del Project Management ma anche in quello della Neuroscienza applicata al PM in particolare a livello universitario come driver per l’apprendimento e formazione della disciplina. Già molti top level project manager, gruppi di scienziati, e università MBA si sono uniti al progetto sostenendolo con fermezza ed entusiasmo Il driver di ricerca del progetto si basa sull’importanza di un Team ad Alta Performance basato sulla Prontezza Cognitiva.

Gli obiettivi del progetto: Creare le condizioni affinché tutti i progetti abbiano successo in particolare quelli complessi che portano benefici e benessere nel mondo.
Innovare gli standard di PM, mediante l’uso consapevole delle intelligenze umane ed in particolare di quella cognitiva, emotiva e sociale attivate dalla meditazione mantenendo una base neuroscientifica per un approccio olistico che veda il PM management tecnico e cognitivo lavorare in sintonia per la realizzazione di una “Next Project Manager Generation”.

He studied medicine at the La Sapienza University of Rome and subsequently computer programming. He has been working for over 30 years with the Radiotaxi 3570 Company in Rome, Italy, and is currently the coordinator in charge of human resources in the operations center.

An important Research and Innovation project has been going on for over 11 years and sees Ivano CEO in the development team born with Russell Archibald, Daniele Di Filippo. The project is always having a high resonance not only in the field of Project Management but also in that of Neuroscience applied to PM, particularly at the university level as a driver for learning and training the discipline. Already many top-level project managers, groups of scientists, and MBA universities have joined the project by supporting it with firmness and enthusiasm. The research driver of the project is based on the importance of a High-Performance Team based on Cognitive Readiness.

The objectives of the project: To create the conditions for all projects to be successful, especially complex ones that bring benefits and well-being to the world. Innovating the standards of PM, through the conscious use of human intelligence and in particular the cognitive, emotional, and social intelligence activated by meditation while maintaining a neuroscientific basis for a holistic approach that sees the technical and cognitive PM management working in harmony for the realization of a “Next Project Manager Generation”.
